ROAM Solutions is led by Timothy Reeves, a senior asset, operations and capital project leader with over 29 years' experience across the Defence force, mining, large-scale brownfield and greenfield projects, corporate governance and operational turnarounds.

His work consistently focuses on designing, repairing and stewarding management systems so that performance, safety and decision quality are sustained rather than personality-dependent. Recent international engagements include asset management and business turnaround in Canada, and a Vice President Asset Management & Capital Projects role across North America — before returning to work with Australian organisations.

The approach is simple to state and hard to fake: ensure accountability matches authority, roles are clear, standards are executable, and the operational reality is understood before anyone is asked to change.
